Living Limitlessly Immersion Program: From Surviving to Thriving after Childhood Sexual Abuse. 

An empowering, supportive, compassionate 6-month immersive online program where you are given the space to heal your brain and body from the effects of childhood trauma and abuse, be that sexual, emotional, psychological and/or physical, so that you can finally take back your power to fully live your authentic life.  

Trauma is the experience of being forced to do what others want. For those of us that were abused as children, traditional programs can be triggering and hard to stick to. This program is designed with this in mind, and to give you choice. You will only ever be invited to take part in anything we do together. There are no assignments, no deadlines, no expectations, and definitely no pressure to do anything you are not 100% happy in doing.  

You will, throughout the duration of the program, be skilfully and compassionately guided by Sarah, she will be your greatest cheerleader, you will feel and be seen, known, and heard. Having an encouraging, empathic therapist, who understands what happened to you and has the skills and time to expertly help you identify the root cause of your present-day problems and challenges, enables you to finally break free from the behaviours and beliefs that hold you stuck. This program offers permanent transformation, not just short-term relief, and coping strategies.
